PhiDelt too high,probably switch them with SN or ATO who both have better houses and better pull. switch KS and SAE for sure, SAE is soft AF without pledgeship and their house is bad only pikes and KAs are worse. Having KA up there instead of ChiPhi, SigEp, PKP, OX, DX is absolutely wild since they need joints to throw anything relevant, they are a small group with a bad house too. This isn't terrible though.
