SAE down, without pledgeship at tech you are going to be full of nerds who were too scared to rush a fraternity with pledgeship. Plus their house is terrible. Beta would be that high if they actually used their house for parties or events. Their campus presence is bad as a result except for Hoco and Greek week. Their off campus stuff is really good but I'd have Fiji up there instead for sure. ATO WAAAAYYYY up. Go ahead and call me an ATO but it's true, great house, great parties, the oldest fraternity here with the best pull.
