Id say there are 3 main groups that have good social lives, but each group is different. The first is biggest for on campus parties, and don't need joints for biggest events and has good off campus stuff too but it's not what they prioritize. The second group is pretty balanced but their biggest events on or off campus are joints, still VERY popular groups on campus. The third group is the inverse of the first, they don't focus as much for on campus events and usually throw joints when they do big on campus stuff but their bread and butter is off campus socials/mixers/brotherhood trips. Best parties at tech always massive: KS PKA/ATO SAE/TKE Throw good solo ragers with good turnouts but Joints are more massive and big events at GT: Fiji/SX SN ChiPhi/OX ASP/ChiPsi/DU Legendary off campus events/mixers/socials but pretty much need joints to throw relevant parties on campus:(not going to rank these) BTP/SPE/PDT/KA/DSP Other fraternities that throw parties, usually smaller more intimate and relaxed turnouts: AEPi/KA/Skullhouse/Glow-worm Probably missed more than a few fraternities here.
