Since you're obviously an alpha gam.. lemme tell you what's up. Alpha gam does not have "gorgeous girls" that's not to say there aren't some good-looking girls, but I've never heard anyone describe agam girls as gorgeous. Everyone says alpha gams are nice, but I know two alpha gams and neither of them are that nice. It's kind of something people say when they have nothing else to say. And last of all that house... yea we understand you guys got a really great house and you think that it should improve who you get, but who the eff prefs based on a house? There's a reason aphi gets better girls than you guys despite your guy's mansion towering over their shack.
