There’s plenty the school can do. At the end of the day the school can suspend/kick a chapter out of school affiliated Greek life. If the school really wanted to they could also imminent domain the property if it isn’t already owned by Tech and on a lease which some are. Releasing the numbers would at least quantifiably show the racism that is going on with groups like SAE.
