Order doesn't matter at all. There is no number 1 at any school. There are tiers. The top tier sororities go to the top 8 fraternities. Some fraternities have big open parties, others focus on smaller invite only parties. Fraternities have limited social budgets and it comes down to do they want to spend it on themselves or others. Next question - why is greek rank at GT dominated by fraternities? Not the case other places. Kudos to the people who don't feed the beast.
