SX and ATO keep numbers down but they for sure have a lot of weird kids. Just because numbers are down doesn't mean they dont have weird kids. Fraternities like BTP KS PKA SAE have good numbers and guys. They have some weird kids too but they manage to get numbers as well as quality. Groups like Fiji and TKE just hand random bids but thats it honestly.
