SAE BTP KS Pike Fiji and TKE all did well this fall, getting 20 or close to it. Some have a different vibe then others, Beta and Fiji tend to have smaller more intimate events but have great sorority relations, while the others tend to throw bigger events more often. ATO SX are really good too. They get smaller classes but have decent sized events and are really good guys. KA SN PKP and OX got good guys and have decent events too.
