TKE and Beta go all out over the summer because their houses aren't good during the year. Beta has their in house alcohol ban preventing them from using it outside of summer, and TKE's house is really only good during the warm months since it's out doors set up is 90% of the appeal. I'm surprised Pike hasn't been doing more, usually they do A lot over the summer.
