The way to figure this one out isn't randomly ranking. Think about who lost kids they wanted to other fraternities. Fiji stole a ton of kids from Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi. SAE got a lot of the kids Phi Delt and KA wanted. Lambda Chi got three or four dudes that Sigma Chi had given bids. So based off that I'd say, Fiji SAE, Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi cuz there's is always good.
