If you have a lot of guys who also turn out to be pretty chill, and have all the other stuff too... Thats good as well. Sure some of them might not be the most cool but contribute in other ways, good grades, leadership positions, etc. Also parties with a lot of non greek students get old. I feel you there. At the same time though, thats just them getting their names out there with the student population, creating/maintaining clout. Its how fraternities that do a lot for the community, like KS, TKE, and (to a lesser extent) PKA, BTP, Fiji have got more popular recently or have maintained it from way back.
