Wasn't the joint held at the other fraternities houses and not Betas? I didn't go so I could be wrong. If you read their Nationals in house substance free policy, it's pretty explicit that no alcohol is allowed in house, whether you're hosting another fraternity or not. Anything otherwise is going against that policy.
