Alpha Phi isn't new, they've been on campus since 2008, they can't claim that title anymore. They just aren't at the same level as the established houses. Guys don't like mixing with ADPi because their events are boring and have too many rules. Alpha Xi is one of the most down to earth houses, definitely not stuck up, but they've always been the party house, with Zeta, and they're sloppy. Not classy. AXO has great leaders but they aren't fun. They don't have a good sisterhood either. AXO and ADPi are the two houses where girls say they wish they joined somewhere else. Since when is AGD loose or sloppy? They're some of the nicest and classiest girls.
