Thoughts on theta?

With theta coming to campus this fall I'm predicting that they'll pass up alpha gam/alpha chi within 1 or 2 years. it only took alpha phi a few years to do it, but I think that theta can rise faster because they're stronger in the south. And with more and more girls coming through rush every year (and higher quality girls) the lower tier chapters will have to fight to get the good girls. Theta could easily steal some top prospects away.
