This is honestly not even based off of opinion, coming from someone who goes here and knows many DIFFERENT people, pretty much everyone sees it this way. Theres lots of self ranking on here so try not to pay attention to that. Note that every organization has great people and "bottom tier" does not mean those people are "bottom tier" but that the organization as a WHOLE ranks low on campus in terms of overall social status and involvement.
