Let’s be real. The only people throwing shade on these sororities are girls in other sororities. Members of different sororities throwing shade on other organizations isn’t cute. And it’s to make themselves appear better. Jealousy is not cute. Focus on your own sisterhood, your own philanthropy, your own campus involvement etc. maybe focus less on tearing down other organizations and focus on ways to grow in your own. If ripping apart other sororities is your way of attempting to sway future members to be attracted to yours, good luck. We are in college. We are grown. It’s good to be informative of your observations of things going wrong but some of these posts are clearly rooted from insecurities. Whether your organization is “bottom tier” or “top tier” all of these organizations bring something valuable to the women rushing. Women are going to find their future sisterhood, whatever it looks like. We are not in high school anymore, we are grown women. We can all agree all of these sororities want to improve to be the very best they can be, but belittling others isn’t your answer. Change your approach. It is possible believe it or not for all of Greek organizations to be successful and stand out. I love the sorority I’m in so much! But it doesn’t take away from the fact all of the other sororities here on campus can be just as amazing. If you don’t like the way a sorority is run, don’t worry about it because you’re not in it so it doesn’t reflect any aspect of your life.
