Nobody screwed anybody here except the leadership of the organization who chose to continue lying to the administration and SigEp HQ, breaking the law, and putting new members up to stunts that ended up giving them felony arrest records and getting them kicked out of school. Enough was enough. They were offered chance after chance to straighten their act up and they chose the road they did, which was definitely not the high road. Let's be clear though, anyone who would change horses like that just wanted to keep partying their way and probably did not belong in a fraternity to begin with. Most of those guys are probably gone by now and hopefully the new chapter under ASP evolves into something better.
