I would agree with most of that I would say Phi Sig KA KS Pi Kapp SAE Skulls TKE Theta Chi Delta Chi PKT AEPi Chi Psi AKL You must remember its not about size always as well because a lot of fraternities such as Pike are large but recruit anyone. Also I put Pi Kapp in top tier because I have a feeling they are going to make the push this semester for top with two new houses and some great guys they got last year. I think Phi Sig will take over as well and KS will go down some
