KD proposed an amendment that states that sisters don’t have to go through formal recruitment to become a Rho. It doesn’t include girls who go through spring recruitment. Since KD didn’t really go through formal recruitment they don’t think it’s fair that they’re not allowed to be Rhos because of it.
