From someone who knows Phil personally from when he was over IFC, this isn't the type of guy he is. He wants Greek Life to thrive at GMU. He gets upset every time an incident occurs, because then its his JOB to act. He'd get fired if he ignored an incident. Don't put him in that position in the first place. He's a Greek himself, so nothing pains him more than having to crack down. That said, I'm sure he has correspondence with girls from each sorority, because he wants their sorority to do well and stay out of the news. TLDR, Phil wants to help. You should try talking to him sometime.
