DG is the top house and have the best philanthropy events. Nice house that is well maintained. Kappa is another top house that flip flops with DG as the number one house every day. Have one of the nicest buildings. Theta is trying to move into the upper tier and have a nice facility. Phi Mu has improved the most and have a nice house. Delta Zeta tries very hard and has one of the oldest houses on the mall.
