What? "And you'll see DG slamming other chapters being under quota saying that it is a bad thing and only "bottom tier" sororities do it". Where do you ever see this? How do you know they're DG? You can't just assume anything said on here is from a specific chapter because everything is anonymous. And no assumptions were made about chapters being under quota. Every year, it is a known fact in Panhel that lots of chapters are under quota and that's not a bad thing.
