Probably a lot of chapters will be doing informal because the number of girls who rushed last year was pretty low. All of the chapters have kinda lower numbers than before, but my guess is that in terms of rank, SK and below will be doing informal. You can just email them telling them that you're interested, but I think it helps to know someone.
