Not a Greek so maybe I can help. You want to go DG, then either Alpha Phi or Adpi. If you notice in the comments, DG doesn't have debate about whether it's going up or down, but the other two do. That being said, all of the "middle tear" sororities can be fun too and dont have bad reputations. The only one with a "bad rep" is SDT but they've done a lot of restructuring. DDD are full of great girls, too. No bad, no good, I have friends in a few different ones and they're great.
