Alpha Phi no doubt got a great pledge class. They may be on the rise, however I wouldn't join this sorority if you're looking for real friends who are down to earth and care about things besides boys and booze. They have already started dirty rushing girls for next recruitment by messaging them on Facebook. It's a fake sisterhood. Most of the pledge class of 2013 were already friends before. I know a girl who dropped and others who want to drop because the girls are so cliquey.
