You don’t sign up for informal. The chapters that are doing informal will invite you to participate. They receive the list from panhel of girls who withdrew from formal recruitment but marked they would be interested in informal. Sometimes they invite girls from that list. But they also invite girls based on recommendations from current sisters in the chapter who think they know of girls who would be a good fit in the chapter. If you are interested in informal for a specific chapter(s), i would reach out to girls you know in the chapter, or else email the chapter directly to get on their radar. Hope this helps.
