I know of girls who transferred that are in top and upper middle tier sororities. They were all welcomed!! Keep in mind cliqueness can be a thing, but in each sorority you have girls who don’t fit the stereotype of that chapter and won’t be as cliquey. I’m sure you already know that since you’re in a sorority already. Also, new members are still getting used to the sorority and will be next year so they shouldn’t be as cliquey right away too and even if you aren’t the same grade I’m sure you’ll have some commonalities. If the chapter you are in now is not super similar to the one you are transferring into, you may find you do not enjoy it as much. I would give it a try regardless if you do end up here! It would be a great way to make friends, get involved, experience the social scene and learn about the campus and the city. If you really don’t like it you could always drop, which is unfortunate, but luckily at BU Greek life is not essential to having a good social life and on campus involvement. It is a lot of fun and definitely present, but not as much pressure as some other schools! Hope this helped!
