We do deferred recruitment so it's in the spring. Probably January. You definitely need to meet all the chapters yourself at Splash, during the Open House sessions, and recruitment. Tiers are usually based on looks, mixer schedule, personality. Each chapter takes about 40-45 new members and if you follow that there are three tops, that's ~130 girls our of 700+ girls who go through. It's typically freshmen but a lot of sophomores as well.
