This list's top 3 are completely wrong.. First of all, Pike isn't even relevant since they are going to be suspended (not that they ever were active on campus anyway) KA is on probation and is on severe scrutiny from the school, so expect nothing from that end. Sigma chi is still on probation from their incident a couple years ago, although i hear they are appealing that status. Kappa Sig is always going to be Kappa sig, AKA awkward group of guys. (hate going to their parties.) Pi kapp is looking good this year, just became officialy chartered and seem likethe only fraternity doing much on campus other than sigma chi. Sig ep and phi delt are both just terrible. Those are ranked properly at the bottom. Phi delt is new and developing, while sigep is nothing more than a club.
