The "party" type frats just can't stay out of trouble. SAE, Phi Delt, SigEp, Delt are all in decline. And ATO's troubles started once they began moving from a Baylor betty type kid to a more traditional "frat" type. Over all this leaves Sigma Chi and Fiji in a good position to move up next to Kappa Sig and KOT. And KA can probably take most of the guys who usaually go SigEp, Delt, Phi Delt.
