If you attended two pref parties AND listed both sororities on your pref card, you would have received a bid to one of the two chapters. That's how quota additions work in the RFM system. Me thinks you are not telling the whole story here.... The Greek Life office will take your name and distribute to chapters eligible for COB - if those chapters are interested in inviting you to their events.
