You're giving phi delt way too much credit. They were good for one decade back in the 1980s when mark hurd and trey wingo were members. Since 1990 they have been a 40 man drinking club. Even today they only have about 65 members. They rush the same kids they don't get bids to KOT/Ksig/SAE.
