Well only people with bias will hate on Kappa. Kappa is clearly on par with Piphi and apart from a few distinctions they are very similar especially rank wise. Theta...I've never understood why people put them in top tier. I would say they or upper middle or bottom top tier. You really just can't put them on the same level as PIPHI and kappa
