I'm on the less expansion side of the debate, but your facts are completely false. SMU has 6300 students with 10 fraternities (not including BYX) ~60% guys = 3780 guys =380 guys per fraternity Baylor had 13900 students with 12 fraternities (including the two locals). ~40% guys = 5560 =463 guys per fraternity.
