People don't like Phi Delt because of the way they treat other groups. But no one is denying that they are decent.... People just doubt they are top tier with KOT and KSig. Fiji may rise but right now they are half their normal size and are only getting like 14 pledges in their spring classes. They are barely middle tier right now.
