You're right........but all things being equal since Phi Delt, SigEp, Delt, and Pi Kapp are right now all them same size (around 60 guys)..........Pi Kapp has the least history and the least number of alumni. Thus Pi Kapp is slightly worse than Phi Delt/SigEp/Delt who all have decades of history and tradition on their side.
