Sigma Chi probably has a better chance of being decent than say Beta, Pi Kapp, or TKE Sigma Chi is better nationally than those. But at Baylor they are going to have a hard time. KOT, KSig, & ATO already have the service oriented kids locked down. And SAE, SigEp, Delt, & Phi Delt have got the party oriented kids. So how is Sigma Chi going to ever get good?
