Depends on the Fraternity. I would just be honest with them. If you didn't have grades....just tell them you didn't have grades. If they just didn't vote you in.....just tell them you didn't get the votes. Its not a big deal.....Some times the members just don't know a guy and don't vote for him. Its not a negative opinion of his character. But really just don't go out of your way to talk about it. Rush another fraternity, don't lie if they ask you about rushing someone else, but don't go out of your way to talk about it.
