Was going to post a similar comment. I think it has a lot to do with the male populace at Baylor. A majority of them were feminie, nerds, or weird in high school. At Baylor they get to fit in with others just like, and suddenly get the idea they are now cool. That's why the groups that recruit these types of guys have an ample supply to fill pledge classes every year. Ex) Phi Chi, ATO, KOT, Kappa Sig all have 80+ mbershops because of this.
