Boils down to what type of guy you are and what kind of experience you want. ATO is bigger, more active on campus, and hangs out with a better class of girl....on the flip side they have a lot of cliques in their group and don't really have parties. Phi Delt is smaller, parties a lot, and hangs out with an "easier" type of girl.....on the flip side they mostly just get drunk and don't do any service of any kind. Hope this helps.
