If you're being serious I will try and help. Both are very similar.... It should really boil down to who you like more. They will be your brothers so you want to like them. Also, be sure you like the other guys in your rush class..... You will be in their pledge class and they will be who u hang out with the most. Personally I know about 4-5 guys in SigEp and they are pretty good dudes. Only know one SAE well from my dorm and he was a pot head, But that's just me...... Good luck bud you can't really go wrong with either
