Phi Chi is a local fraternity and so it's kinda hard to compare them to any of the national ones. They are kinda like ATO in the fact that they are mostly concerned with service and SING. They don't really throw any parties and are known to stay away from drinking in general, with the exception of a few partiers. They are definitely one of the bigger fraternities in numbers and a lot of Chi O and Tri Delt types like them.
