As I mentioned before, many pnm's are saying that they are not feeling welcome at some sub dinners. Sub dinners are a great opportunity to make pnm's feel special and want in your sorority. But many sororities are not taking advantage of this opportunity. A pnm on this site listed the sororities that are doing a good job, the list she describes is exactly what I'm hearing as well. These recruits don't seem to care about rankings, they care who is nice to them, who greets them and who makes an effort to welcome them. It's intimidating to walk into a sub dinner as a new Freshman. Some sororities are doing a great job with pnms and others are ignoring them. Pnm's are already talking and it's not about top tier so far. Stop hanging out with friends and use sub dinners to make pnm's want to be in your sorority.
