Yep...everything you say it spot on Phi Delts are just very very insecure about themselves so they feel the need to talk themselves up. KOT, Kappa Sig, and SAE have been the best fraternities at Baylor for almost 20 years. Then you have some drinking frats like Fiji, SigEp, Delt, Sigma Chi, KA, and Phi Delt holding down the middle. Then a few terrible chapters at the bottom like TKE and Beta. Of course the middle tier changes ex. Sigma Chi and KA getting kicked off but the top tier never changes.
