I find hilarious that those phi delt boys keep trying to up themselves on here. They're not even close to being top tier or considered a great chapter. Small group with rando guy that have crappy parties. They give out bids like it's candy hence the type of people they have. They do have money, gotta give them that. SAE, Kappa Sig, and maybe KOT are the best here. And SAE is falling fast but they're still ahead of phi delt.
