This is a random comment... Still...The new grading system is incredibly frustrating and equally stressful. Just a couple of points on a test or a research paper makes a notable difference in an A vs. an A- and, even two A-s will have a significant impact on ones overall GPA this semester. So, I'm thinking most if not all sororities (and frats) will have a decline in their organizations overall GPA, maybe a few more members on probation in the spring, and some fairly decent first-semester freshman not making some sororities GPA requirements for rush. Food for thought: Fair-Enough Grades for a First-Semester Freshman, of let's say, 97, 92, 82, 79, & a 75... would now be a semester gpa of 2.934.
