SigEp and Pi Kapp will take decent guys but not the best. They never can seem to take more than about 17 each spring. I would say KOT and KSig take the biggest and the best classes.....followed by SAE. Then SigEp, Pi Kapp, Fiji, Delt. Then everyone else
