So far this semester, many pnm's are saying that they are not getting a friendly vibe from a few top tier sororities. If we want a strong pledge class, we need to step it up, or some of the lower tier sororities are going to snag some great recruits by being friendly and not cliquish and snobby at sub dinners and around campus. These recruits don't seem to care about rankings, they care who is nice to them, who greets them and who makes an effort to welcome them. It's intimidating to walk into a sub dinner, some sororities are doing a great job with pnms and others are ignoring them. Top tier needs to stop worrying about ranking and start recruiting. Pnm's are already talking and it's not about top tier so far. Stop hanging out with friends and use sub dinners to make pnm's want to be in your sorority. Should be an interesting rush.
