Delt has around 60 guys and they're decently active. They had a philanthropy with zeta not too long ago that went well. Delt is a solid middle tier. They took 12 in the spring which is small but they're fine. Phi Delt is ranked too low. Sure, they aren't the most active on campus but they party hard and saved dia. No matter what you think, they are top tier. They are a cut above the other mid tiers. Great new pledge class. Above average in size I think too Move Phi Delt and Delt up one respectively.
