phi delt was one of the worst fraternities at Baylor for almost 30 years. A less minority version of TKE You finally crawl up to middle tier and yet just like a kid who has never been with a woman.... You have no idea how to handle yourself. Hell it only took 5 other fraternities getting kicked off for phi Delt to make to middle tier.... Maybe 5 more will get kicked of and you can make it to top tier.
